The Frontline Management Institute (fmi) was founded in 1998 and is the largest operating division of Network One Communications Pty Ltd. fmi is based in Sydney, Australia and delivers management and team training courses and qualifications to clients in Australia, New Zealand and overseas face to face and by open learning.

The Frontline Management Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) subject to strict auditable Quality Standards and is able to issue registered qualifications at Diploma and Certificate level which are recognized internationally.
