The fmi Management Training and Development Programs develop and enhance knowledge and skills in management and leadership. They are based on the latest researched and recognised competency standards.

fmi delivers management taining courses and accredited management training programs nationally in Australia, New Zealand and globally that lead to internationally recognised Frontline Management Qualifications. The Frontline Management Qualifications are recognised nationally and internationally. They apply to aspects of management work across Australia and the world.

QUALIFICATIONS:

These management training programs are suitable for a range of people in management positions including supervisors, frontline managers, middle managers and executive level managers. fmi also has specific courses for new managers and supervisors. We analyse the oganisation/team/individual so that the program can be tailored to suit specific needs. The Frontline Management Institute also tailors Management Training Programs and Leadership Training Programs that are customised to the requirements of your organisation.

We also have a range of short courses and public courses on management and supervision that are available either in house at your organisation or at our offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. fmi has a variety of options available for individuals wishing to develop their skills and gain recognition for skills that they may already possess. Individuals may wish to complete a management qualification via Open Learning or through a series of public courses. fmi also offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) services.
