These management training programs are suitable for a range of people in management positions including supervisors, frontline managers, middle managers and executive level managers. fmi also has specific courses for new managers and supervisors. We analyse the oganisation/team/individual so that the program can be tailored to suit specific needs. The Frontline Management Institute also tailors Management Training Programs and Leadership Training Programs that are customised to the requirements of your organisation

fmi has a range of short courses and public courses on management and supervision that are available either in house at your organisation or at our offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. We also have management coaching services available as well as open learning programs. View more

fmi is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) subject to strict auditable Quality Standards and is authorised to issue registered qualifications at Diploma and Certificate IV level which are recognized both nationally and internationally. fmi offers the Diploma of Management (BSB51107) and the Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807). fmi also offers upgrade services and honours programs.

fmi has a wide range of public management training courses and team training courses which are available in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Delivery can also be arranged in house in your organisation. There are short courses available in many different specialist areas. There are also courses available which can lead to accreditation in Certificate IV in Frontline Management or the Diploma of Management. View more

fmi has a variety of options available for individuals wishing to develop their skills and gain recognition for skills that they may already possess. Individuals may wish to complete a management qualification via Open Learning or through a series of public courses. fmi also offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) services. fmi diploma upgrade program is designed specifically to speed the process of transitioning from the Certificate IV in Frontline Management (or equivalent) to the Diploma of Management. View more

$4,000 per eligible employee is available to employers for both new and existing eligible employees who register for the Certificate IV
in Frontline Management or Diploma of Management qualification with fmi.
