Overview of Course

Women in management and business today are no longer prepared to accept the limitations and barriers that may have challenged them in the past. This course provides practical solutions to identify and deal with these issues. This course is designed to help women in management develop positive strategies to further their careers and also to help HR professionals understand issues that women in their organisation may face.

2. Recognise and understand stereotyping
3. Understand the differences between the genders that affect work and careers
4. Define "the glass ceiling" and related terminology
5. Juggle family and career effectively
