...why upgrade?


The fmi Diploma of Management qualification upgrade program is designed to speed the process of transitioning from the Certificate IV in Frontline Management (or equivalent) to the higher level Diploma of Management.

Through the upgrade program the process can now be condensed from twelve months to;
-one month through open leaning or
-up to six months by face to face workshops.

The advantages of the upgrade are numerous and include:

    .....how do I upgrade?

    The fmi upgrade program can be completed by one of two options:

    Option 1: Workshop Program
    The first option is workshop based. It comprises of four days face to face training in total

    1. One two-day workshop on Manage People Performance

    2. Two one-day assessment upgrade workshops

    Option 2: Open Program
    The second option is to complete the whole process through open learning at your own pace.

    Who this course is useful for

    All managers working at frontline level from team leaders, supervisors, frontline managers, unit or section managers, customer service or sales managers, divisional unit managers.
