Leadership and management model

FMI has spent over 20 years working with leaders and managers across Australia and internationally. We have designed the FMI Leadership and Management model in response to industry needs to reflect the relevant and practical skills that are essential for new and experienced managers and leaders.

This model is suitable for both individuals and organisations. It focuses on modern leadership and management practices globally.

The program is divided into four key categories:

Each category contains two modules that have been specifically designed to meet the needs of leaders and managers working across a range of industries both locally and abroad.
