Upgrade Program for Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)
This is an Upgrade Program to "bridge the gap" between the former qualification Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment [BSZ40198] and the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment [TAA40104].

This Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) upgrade will provide holders of the previous BSZ40198 an opportunity to update their knowledge and receive a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40204). The program will focus on the 9 units in the qualification with no equivalence in the BSZ.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) is the Australian minimum standard formally required by professionals involved in accredited training and assessment. This Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) provides all the core competencies identified to conduct accredited training and assessment.

The former Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment included 8 units of competence while the new certificate consists of 12 core and 2 elective units.
