Eptec approached Frontline Management Institute in search of a tailored Management Development Program (MDP) for a range of managers and team leaders in their organisation.

The key concerns were tailoring of content and flexibility of delivery to align with operational requirements including Risk Management and Managing Budgets. fmi’s Diploma of Management provides clients with an opportunity to select 8 units from our range of courses to design the best course selection. Eptec have provided resources to supplement these units which ensures the training is relevant to their organisation.

Since managers could not take the time from work for the training fmi was able to offer Saturday training at fmi’s training centre in Ultimo, Sydney. In addition some participants are completing the Management Development Program via public courses.

As with all of our clients fmi is working in partnership with Eptec to identify potential ways to further develop the program.
