FMI is a family owned Australian business with a team of learning and development professionals who are experts in management and leadership.  We pride ourselves on our ability to support people through their development process to empower them to be their best whilst also ensuring organisations achieve a healthy return on investment.

FMI was established in 1998 and was one of the first registered training organisations (RTO) to deliver the frontline management initiative.

We design our solutions based on what need has to be addressed. We design and deliver anything from integrated coaching, mentoring and training programs to simple short courses and qualifications.
