
fmi Standard Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions issued.
These terms and conditions apply to all services unless agreed differently in writing.
The Frontline Management Institute (fmi) reserves the right to vary the Terms & Conditions, but they will not change for bookings where payment has already been made.
fmi Public Course Booking Terms and Conditions
- Booking is non-refundable.
- If 14 days’ notice (or more) is given of a cancellation, the booking is transferable once to another course and/or person to be used within 12 months from the date of first booking.
- Course dates and course fees are subject to change.
- Tea, coffee and biscuits are available but lunch is not included.
- Location close to CBD, exact location advised prior to course commencement.
- Public Courses are GST exempt.
- fmi reserves the right to cancel courses at its discretion. In this event the liability of fmi shall be limited to a full refund of fees paid to that event.
Fees & Invoicing
- Open Learning and Recognition fees must be paid prior to enrolment.

Payment can be made via cheque or EFT. Visa or MasterCard are accepted with a 2.5% surcharge plus GST on the surcharge making a total of 2.75%.
- Prices quoted on the fmi Public Course Calendar or fmi Website are provided for bookings paid by 31 December 2012. Subsequent bookings may be subject to an increase.
- For public courses, payment must be received at least 14 days prior to course commencement to secure a booking. If payment is not received 14 days prior to course commencement, your booking may be forfeited.
- Cancellations within 14 days of a Public Course incur a non-refundable, non-transferrable cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee.
- Tax Invoices will be issued. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing, the following terms apply to all overdue invoices:
- Overdue invoices unpaid over 60 days will incur an additional fee of 1% payable from 61 days of issue of invoice.
- Overdue invoices unpaid over 90 days will incur an additional fee of 2% payable from 91 days of issue of invoice, and each calendar month thereafter.
Copyright and Intellectual Property

Copyright of all Frontline Management Institute courses and all learning and assessment materials is vested with the Frontline Management Institute except as otherwise specified in a Client Proposal.

fmi own and retain all intellectual property right in any training material, assessment instruments and software provided by fmi (unless they are in the public domain) to facilitate the delivery of the agreed services.
Marketing

Acceptance of a proposal by the client also includes permission for fmi to incorporate the client’s name and logos in course materials and promotional materials unless specifically requested otherwise by client.
Guarantee

The quality of the Frontline Management Institute work is guaranteed: our training and trainers must meet and be audited against the Standards in the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
