Fmi has a wide range of public training courses which are available at our headquarters in Sydney or can be delivered in house in your organisation. There are courses available on Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Management Skills for New Managers, Leadership, Train the Trainer, Building Professional Confidence and Assertiveness, Basic Computer Skills and many others. There are also courses available which can lead to accreditation in Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) or Diploma of Business (Frontline Management).

Booking Terms and Conditions for FMI Public Training Courses:

- Booking Terms and Conditions for FMI Courses:
o Payments must be received prior to course
o Course dates are subject to change
o Light refreshments available, lunch not included
o Location close to Sydney CBD, exact location advised prior to course commencement
o Public Courses are GST exempt Tax Invoices will be issued
o Fees as current, subject to amendment. All fees are in Australian Dollars
o Credit card payments Visa or MasterCard are accepted
o Booking is non-refundable. The booking is transferable to be used within 12 months from the date of first booking. After that time the fee is forfeited.
o The Frontline Management Institute reserves the right to vary the Terms & Conditions from time to time but will not change for bookings which payment has already been made.
o The Frontline Management Institute reserves the right to cancel courses at its discretion and in this event a full refund of fees will be made to participants.
o Open Learning and RPL fees must be paid up front and are non-refundable.
o Where contractual arrangements are made with organisations rather than individuals, the specific terms and conditions in the Proposal will apply rather than Public Course Terms.
