The Client Services team at fmi have spent years researching our existing clients and developing a range of Logistics Support Options for Training that are second to none.

Their aim is to make sure that everyone enjoys the experience of an fmi training program.

Some of fmi's training logistics options include:

  • Booking Venues & Facilities:
    • Our experienced team can work with you to find the best possible venue/s for your workshops or we can help you with advice on how to best set up your own venue.
  • Organising Catering:
    • Making sure all requirements are catered for can be a tricky and stressful process. We can help you to ensure all your participants are catered for.
  • Inviting Participants:
    • Our team can make sure everyone knows where to go and when to be there.
  • Recording acceptance and attendance:
    • We can keep the records for you.  
  • Printing and Binding Learning & Assessment Guides:
    • Our printers have always delivered on time, every time.
  • Delivering printed Learning & Assessment Guides to client or venue:
    • Another task that we can "take off your list".
  • Producing monthly or quarterly Status Reports:
    • We keep you up to date at all times.
  • Participant feedback reports:
    • All participants are surveyed after every workshop. Their feedback keeps us all "in touch and on track"
  • Organising Graduation Ceremonies:
    • It's always important to celebrate success. Our Client Services team will work with you to ensure that it's a really special day for everyone.
