FMI profiler 360° is a unique tool developed by FMI which focuses entirely on the Key Management Competencies required by managers today. In an ever changing and competitive environment, FMI profiler 360° provides the opportunity to evaluate strengths and opportunities. This allows managers to focus their personal development into areas to gain maximum benefit.

CHANGE MAKER ACTION PLANS

Change Maker action plans provide the structure for participants to plan for, implement and review change. They are a powerful development tool that provides a straightforward pathway for applying learning in the workplace.

KNOWLEDGE BANK

The Frontline Management Institute can provide a customised FMI Knowledge Bank service to organisations to record and identify summaries of workplace improvement projects.
