FMI offers a range of short training courses for managers, leaders, supervisors, team leaders, new managers, new supervisors, new team leaders, individuals and teams.

We write all of our short training courses in-house.

Participants receive learning materials to complement in-person training. Practical application activities are available for most of FMI’s short courses.

1 – 3 day short courses

Design

Interactive discussion, examples, case studies and role plays to demonstrate and apply principles.

Delivery

Suitable for groups of three or more participants. Maximum recommended group size is 18 however this is negotiable.

Half day short courses

Design

Delivered as a three hour overview with discussion, examples and case studies of principles and their application.

Delivery

Essentials short courses

Design

30 – 90 minute concise overviews of key principles.

Delivery

Can be delivered as breakfast sessions, learn at lunch sessions or to large groups such as conferences.

FMI can design or tailor a short course of any length and any content area for your organisation.

Delivery

FMI can deliver the short course for you or you can provide your own facilitator.
