Booking Terms and Conditions for FMI Public Training Courses:

- Bookings and payments must be received prior to course

- Any public course can be delivered in-house in an organisation. Courses can be tailored for organisations

- Course dates are subject to change

- Course numbers up to 16, courses with insufficient enrolment may be subject to cancellation

- Light refreshments available, lunch not included

- Location close to Sydney CBD, exact location advised prior to course commencement

- Courses are GST exempt. Tax Invoices will be issued

- Fees as current, subject to amendment. All fees are in Australian Dollars

- Credit card payments Bankcard, Visa or MasterCard are accepted

- Fair Fee Rules Apply. The Frontline Management Institute has the following Fair Fees Rules for public courses.

1. All participants will be issued with a receipt after payment has been cleared.

2. Booking is non-refundable

3. Schedule changes and/or cancellations are permitted by participants, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before commencement of course by phoning 02 9281 2635

4. The booking is transferable and name changes are allowed.

5. Cancellation, schedule change, participant substitution, transfer or name changes incur a fee of $55 per participant per course plus any fee difference between original booking fee paid and the current scheduled booking fee for the new course booked into. The new booking needs to be at least the same value as the original booking.

6. When a booking is cancelled the balance is held in credit to be used within 12 months from the date of first booking. After that time the fee is forfeited.

7. The Frontline Management Institute reserves the right to vary the Fair Fees Rules from time to time but will not change for bookings for which payment has already been made.

8. The Frontline Management Institute reserves the right to cancel courses at its discretion and in this event a full refund of fees will be made to participants.

9. Open Learning and RPL fees must be paid up front and are non-refundable.
