FMI’s performance management courses are designed to enhance peoples confidence to manage the performance of their team members.
Performance management looks at the output of an individual, team or organisation and evaluates it (both in terms of quantity and quality) against certain performance standards. Where performance falls below standards, strategies may be put into place to improve the level of performance. Where performance is about expectations, these standards may be adjusted accordingly. Regular evaluation and team commitment are both integral components of improving performance.
