FMI’s Practical Leadership and Management Program is a fully customisable program that provides practical tools and focuses on workplace application to drive improved performance as a manger or leader and to also provide a healthy ROI for organisations.

The modules of program content are selected based on the organisation’s specific challenges, development needs and strategic initiatives. FMI works with your organisation to select a program design that is responsive to your organisation’s scheduling and staffing requirements.

The program can integrate examples, case studies and resources from the organisation into the program content, materials and workplace application. This helps to ensure participants relate topics to their actual workplace experience.

The training program includes at least one improvement project whereby participants develop a business case for an improvement to workplace operations and develop a plan for how it will be implemented including the proposed savings for the organisation. Where applicable they will also implement and review the project and track actual savings for the organisation. The planned and actual savings from these projects can be developed into a report to measure actual return on investment from the program.

In addition program participants can undertake an FMI assessment and certification process to help track their development. This can be aligned with organisational performance management and reward programs.
