Contract Trainers

We are interested to hear from qualified and experienced professional trainers with a good track record who can work as a contract trainer for our corporate training in Frontline Management, ranging from non-accredited short courses to the Diploma of Management programs. Participant groups may range from team members to senior managers. 

You must have relevant corporate work experience at a management level as well as appropriate qualifications. Preferably tertiary educated you must have excellent people skills, have a dynamic approach and be a positive communicator.

Qualifications required include:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Diploma of Management (or equivalent)

Contract Assessors

We are interested to hear from experienced professional assessors with a good track record and excellent management experience who can work as contract assessors for our corporate programs at either Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Diploma of Management Level.

You must be perceptive and supportive as well as analytical and have excellent communication skills. Assessors must have appropriate Assessment qualifications and experience in organisations at a management level.

Assessors can be based anywhere in Australia but must attend fmi review meetings in Sydney twice yearly.
