Certification process

The certification program includes:
Introductory video call with an assessor
Preparation of plans to implement
Validation report from a manager, mentor or someone else who can validate your work
Live interview via video call with assessor

Plans must include:
Current Achievements: Highlighting your current role, responsibilities and 3 key accomplishments as a manager.
Future Improvement Plans: Outlining 2 strategies for enhancing
Personal Development Plans: Outlining the most important area of personal management skills and identifying steps for boosting individual performance.

The assessor will provide a feedback report with an opportunity to provide additional information if required.
Upon successful completion a certificate is issued.
Frontline Manager certification
