Short Management Courses

FMI’s Short Management Courses are 1 to 2 days in duration. For longer programs of 3 to 8 days duration see Training Programs.
Support managers and leaders with their professional development through engaging and practical short courses.

Structure of courses

  • Suitable for all learning styles, combining activities such as group discussion, scenario responses and workplace application planning.

  • Pair a short course with FMI’s Management Application Projects (MAP) or coaching services for ongoing support for participants.

Delivery options

  • 1 - 2 day workshops delivered in person or online with the option to deliver over 90 minute or half day sessions.

  • Courses can be aligned with learning and development initiatives such as capability frameworks, wider training programs, mentoring and peer development.

Course content

  • Each participant will receive a copy of the learning materials, with an option for printed materials. Certificates of completion available.

  • Short courses can be tailored for your organisation. Content can be adapted and integrate organisation or industry specific examples and case studies.
